Organic Foods are foods that are grown in a way that does not use synthetic materials. Organic Farming grows mostly vegetables, dairy products, meat and fruit. They only use natural resources

  • Animals are fed natural oats, grains and plants
  • There are 40% more antioxidants in organic foods
